and a bath. The streets
and sidewalks were
covered with ice. I saw
several people slip and
fall. I had a bad time
navigating as I found
myself very weak after
being cooped up so long
without exercise.

Tabler and I slept together
on the floor all the time
we were in quarantine
so as to keep warm.

Dec. 25th '17.

Was pulled out of bed at
six o'clock to go on K.P.
for Christmas Day. We had
a fine turkey dinner, but
I wasn't strong for
helping with the work
