This Indenture made this thirteenth day of November
A.D. one thousand eight hundred and Seventy one between Jefferson
Nileenson of the County of Jolo and State of California
of the first part and Thomas S Barker of the
County of Placer and State of Fresaid
of the second part
Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of four hundred dollars
to line in hard paid by the said party of the second part the
receipt where of is hereby acknowledge has itemized released quit
claimed
and by these presents does here by unite release and forever
quit claim
unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever all that certain
lot piece or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County of Placer
and State of California and know and designated as the southeast
quarter of section thirty three (SE 1/4) in
township fourteen (14) North of Range
six (6) east. Mount Diablo Base and Meridian
containing one hundred and sixty acres
according to the United States survey.
