rambler rose, showing a long branch
cut from the top of hers.
Is it too late to work and manure
the shrubbery? No
19. Did any have success with canteloupes last
year? Few were successful with results.
20. How should currants be treated in the
Spring? The plants should be trimmed and
fertilized.

The walk included the chickenyard,
where the pens of thoroughbreds
were much admired. The garden
was in perfect order and a
few Spring flowers were in bloom.
