Friday 30 I went to Marys Friday 30 & came home 31st.

Novr Sat 1 Thomas & Fanna came home from Websters & I was with them from Maryannes.

Wed [Novr] 5 Thomas & Fanna went back to Bigbigby

Th. Novr 6 [entire entry crossed out] B W Porter left home early this morning to the South to git with his Battalion Near Mobeal (Camp Moore) (Col Gant battallion)

1862 Nov Fr 14th Thomas & Fanna came back home Thomas had a chill Sat 15 & every other day for some time until the 1st Decr.

1862 Mon 1st Decr B.W.Porter left home to go to the Army South went in the Bugga & Mat with him & Mat will return when they git to Shelbyville & William will take the cars to Chatanuga

4th Mat returned hom Thursday 4th Decr.

1862 Decr 17 McNight & Weatherford says they met William in Missippe at Enterprise on his way to Fort Hudson where Gants battallion is at. He did not recollect the day they met William but it was some 5 or 6 days ago.
