It turns out the news was not correct that the Fedrals were at Bigbyville & crossing the river at Town on yesterday as reported

Mon 20th Many reports about the whereabouts of the Fedrals are numerous nothing only the greate damage & destruction that has been occasioned by the Fedrals.
Thomas L My son Thomas came Sunday night & stayed until Tues 21st

Tu 21 We finished plowing our Corn, rained a shower this morning. We fixed up my Bugge & harness to day where it had been broken the trip Thursday, Friday & Saturday last. Marys little boy Hamon stayed with us last night left this morning hunting his filla William found Hamons filla in the evening

July Wed 22) The sun shines some little more natural We are cleaning out our garden & mowing the weads out of our turnip patch prepairing to sow turnips. No news every thing seems to be perfectfully calm Alfred (Thomass boy) went Tuesday home with the Waggon to moove there things back but returned back to day empty, give it out.
