Morning clear & beautiful The Fedrels came into the Town of Columbia about 9 oclock with fource Infantry &c, from every appearance intending to establish there head quarters there Genl Morgan in Command
The Fedrels with Genl Nugly left the Town of Columbia on the 1st day of Sept last with all there government stores &c, having stayed away (excepting raids) for nearly 12 Months Willa Gordon got home brought by Wm Gant from Nashville where he has been in the hospitable for a long time. No particular news. (Thomas came after supper) Thomas went home to Bigby
