Mon 19 I went to Town got my pass renewed. There was some little sermimging 5 miles West of Town The Confederate got one or two prisoners No body killed.

Tues 20. I went to Town No particular news Considerable raise sent out of Town South & West two Confederate Soldiers (Texas) came in & submitted as prisoners, Were sent on to the North No particular news

-Wed 21 I went to Town- Met with Naryann She came home with mo bringing her 2 horse Wagon on there way to Nashville

Wed 21 I went to Town Maryann went on there way to Nashville
-Th 22- W. D. Natthews took the cotton yarn of W. J. Porter on to Nashville to W. B. Wilson. He got to Town, Columbia, in the rain the river was rising he stored up the cotton at McCords for the present.
