Tu 17, Maryann Williams Margaret
I went to Town Maryann and Williams came home from
Nashville & both of them came out & stayed all night last night
of the 16th Inst (I came home for dinner) It rained a good
Season I got a little Weat. Margaret is unwell this morning
keeps her bead

Wed 18 Margaret Thomas Fanna
The ground is verry wet but the boys are planting in the
long field Margaret is unwell keeping her bead this morning
having taken some pills last night. Jas Gillispie stayed last
night, Thomas & Fanna came home from Nashville

Last night My horse that I bought of the Government was
taken out of the Spring lott (Stolen no doubt)
[hand pointer] He was a dark bay or brown 8 or 9 years old 6 1/2 hands high
branded I. S. C. he was picking up the yet poore had a runing
sore on his Jaw. No particular news I went to Town in the
evening. The soldiers are all round & through the lotts &
kitchens verry anoying I think they are hunting horses.
The Commander of the post is changed Col Funkhouser & Capt
McCrackin provost Marshal now takes com
