It rained some last night before day & since day

My General health is about like it has been I am no worse

at least the Doct. Dorsett pills keeps my bowels tolerably

well regulated two a day one after breakfast and one after

supper they do verry well only when I use coffee too strong

or too much of it

The 1st box of pills is about out 30 of them I got them the

1st Pills ( 23 Jany I got another box yesterday the Boxes cost $.75 each
