Fri 21 ) The morning is quite cool no frost here. W.

Warren is helping Billa & George beding up there corn ground

in the field north of the Garden Felix is wattering the

transplanted lettice in the Garden I have been not verry

Self ) well all the fore part of the day I lay down & rested for an

hour I got up better I did not sleep any

Warren & Billa got done beding up there corn Ground at night

ready to go to plant

Sat 22 ) The morning verry cloudy & quite cold Wind N. W.

It being Cloudy last night is all that has saved us from a

heavy frost

Willa Thomas little boy stayed with us last night

George is ) George & Billa is planting there Corn the 5 acres North of
planting (
Corn ) the Garden they have Henry Gallaway Jun'r helping them. Warren

4 & 15th. ( is shelling Corn to go to Mill today Will take 2 1/2 bushels
