Adopted and On motion of Councilman Furth the City Attorney is directed to submit an ordinance authorizing the issue of bonds for the purpose of constructing the Beach Road Bridge Licenses Ordered Issued Oliver Bernard Retail Intox 3 months from June 27 The vote upon issuing said license is as follows: In favor of same Calligan, Furth, Hall, Harrington Lake, McDonald & Young. Against none. Applications for License Referred E J Powers & Co, Jo Francisco, Frank Wilton, Davidson & Morgan, Jacob Bersch, Mrs John Osborne, John Brannan, John Collins and J Armstrong Claims Allowed The following claims aginst the City having been duly audited and allowed by the Council are ordered paid by warrants drawn as follows to wit: Gardner Kellogg No 852 Fire Fund $75.00 Salary Chief G Kellogg & Co No 853 Fire Fund $7.oo Supplies No2 Miscellaneous On motion of Councilman Furth it is declared the sense of the Council that a Fire Alarm system be established in the City and the matter is referred to the Committee on Fire and Water on motion of Councilman Hall
