153 COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE Feb 18 1887 Referred to Finance Committee Petition of James Webb et al to open Fifth Street from vine Street to Depot Street and Cedar Street from Front Street to Depot Street and for a temporary sidewalk on the north side of Cedar Street. Granted so are as the petition refers to the opening of said Streets. Petition of Fred Wilhelm et al to have earth removed from the sidewalk on James Street and use the same to fill in the hallow on Sixth Street between James & Cherry Streets Referred to Street Committee.
