Petition of Henry Adams to have assessment corrected, read & referred to the City Atty, and returned by said Atty with the recommendation that it be rejected. Adopted. Petition of N L Rodgers & others for opening Leonora Street from Front Street to Fourth Street and that the bluff on the bank on the East side of Front Street on said Seneca Street so sloped enough to prevent land slides onto Front Street sidewalk, read and referred to the Street Committee. Petition of L M Robbins & others asking for appointment of J L McClellan to a Police Captaincy read and tabled.
