Respy - Moran Lake and Reitze. Ordered that the contractor on Mill Street crib be allowed 15% of the amount of work done amounting to$1969.46. Ordered that the matter of placing a Water closet in the addition now being built to the City Hall be referred to the Committee on Sewer & Drainage. Bills Allowed Mill St. Improvement Fund and 848# C L. Emmonds #1516 $1969.46 Mill St. Crib An ordinance is submitted by the City Clerk entitled "A special ordinance appropriating money to pay audited bills" - Ayes Moran Lake Neisz Russell & Reitze. Ordered that council do now adjourn. Attest Clerk Approved Acting Mayor Jan 6 1888 Be it remembered that on this 6th day of January AD 1888 the Common Council of the City of Seattle meets in its Council Chamber pursuant to law. The following officers are present to wit. His Honor Mayor Thomas T. Minor and Councilmen Furth Frink, Green, Lake, Moran, Niesz, Russell & Reitze W R Forrest clerk. The following proceedings are had, to wit:
