From same Committee granting petition of Wa Chong for permission to build a coal bin and also a shed roof provided both be built on iron and erected under supervision of Fire Marshall. Adopted From same Committee granting petition of Allen & Ayers for permission to build approach to Livery Stable on South Third Street & also put in window. Adopted.
