TO THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE

I, H. A. Bigelow, the owner of the building and premises in the foregoing petition, do hereby give my consent to the granting of the license petitioned for in said petition.

PETITION FOR LICENSE.

TO THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE:

The undersigned, Walter Dufour,

doing business under the name of Walter Dufour, having been a resident of the City of Seattle for four months last past and of this Territory for four months last past at Seattle in this Territory, requests a retail Spirituous, Vinous & Malt Liquor license to sell intoxicating liquor in the Third Ward of said city.

Name of house Maple Leaf Wine & Spirit Vaults No 3214, situated on the North side of Pike Street Corner of Fourth street, for the period of one year, from the 14th day of August, 1889, to the 14th day of August, 1890.

My title to the above premises is that of lessee - H. A. Bigelow, owner -
