After my respects Permit me to make of you the following request for one of my Neighbours who is interested in Conveying to his Brother in the state of N. C. A Power of attorney to request the favour at your hands to [clearly?] Certify that the Power is Compatent [sic] or of Sufficient Legallity [sic] &c I trust by the time you may Recieve this that you will find you are still to Continue Chief [Majr?] -
