SIR:-

Agreeably to an act of Assembly of this Commonwealth, I have the honor to transmit to your Excellency, three copies of the Laws passed at the last session of the Legislature of this State. One copy for the use of each branch of the Legislature of the State over which you preside, and one copy for the use of the Executive Department thereof.
