Your Petitioners represent that Lindsay Tinsly is now confined in Jail, When for having disobeyed an injunction - He is an ignorant & illiterate mane, & did not probably know the Consequences of of disobeying the injunction

The term of His imprisonment will not expire untill about, the 14th Dcember - & He has already been confined for a few days - Your Petitioners Pray your excellency, to pardoon said Tinsly Remit the imprisonment &c
