Any person that has a Rifle gun that Col^o John Watts may like, I will give an order on the Treasurer for the payment of the same -

atrocious affair, and [?] deal with the parties agreably [sic] to the merits demerits of their crimes, and ^as the laws of the States may direct & require,- You may assure yourselves that you shall be furnished with ample support to carry your official proceedings into ^due execution
