Iwish to breathe the ball:[ance] of my appointed time in good wholesome air & if Cap^t Allen sh^d remove with his family into your state- I think Ishall accompany him with mineIwish he may fix about now Knoxville, Cumb^d for the present seems like getting out of the worldit may be very well to purchase land there & go two or three years hence, when it gets better settled & with good respectable people- when Cordage, Canvas Iron &c are made there, which Ithink must happen in a few years. I am satis fied a ship may be built, fitted & loaded there on better terms than in any other parts of the U. S-
