Agreeably to the power listed in us by law we have proceeded to examine William Preston Anderson Gew. touching his legal abilities, &have found him to be fuly qualified. These are there fore to certify to you that he is intitled to a [page damaged] practise law in the several courts within this commonwealth 1st testimony whereof we have heremeto set our hands this 26th day of November 1797
