We the subscribers Do hereby Certify that we have for some years past been Acquainted with David Sutherland also some of his Relations who have Allways [sic] During Our Acquaintance Conducted themselves as verry [sic] Honest and Industrous Persons Good Citizens and subject to the laws of their Country Given under Our hands the Day and Year first Above writing
