Hiram Kirkpatrick & John Kizer supposed to be killed by the Indians about the 20th March last, Kirkpatricks horse was got by Cap Samp. Williams from two Cherokee Indians at Fort Blount - Kizers horse was a sorrell paceing horse some white in his face, about six years old - the indians say that this horse was taken into a town called Kiokee by a John Lawson (W. man)
