I find it inconvenient to act as a Justice of the Peace for this County any longer, and hope you will except of this as my resignat =ion of the same. I have taken the liberty of recommending M^t James Sanders who lives in the Bounds to fill up the vacancy should you wish to have any further information respecting this Business would recommend you to Cap.
