This is to certify that David Deaderick hath attended one day here as an Elector to vote for President and Vice President of the United States and that he hath two hundred miles riding in travelling to and from this place for which he is to be allowed agreeable to a Law of this State pas =sed November the third 1803. and amounting to twenty two Dollars and fifty Cents
