I do Certify that John Lea Sherriff [sic] of Grainger County hath performed the Dates injoined [sic] on him by law and returning the votes from his - County and has traveled fifty miles and for three Days attend dance for [illegible] to be alowed [sic] the sum of Eight Dollars as the law Derects [sic]

Given under my hand and seale [sic] this 6^th day of november 1804
