State of Tennessee

This is to certify that Richard Mitchell hath attended one day here as an Elector to vote President and Vice President of the united states and that he hath one hundred and thirty two miles Riding in travelling to and from this place for which he is to be allowed agreeable to a Law of this state passed November the third 1803 and amounting to fifteen Dollars and seventy cents
