I do hereby certify that George Snuffer Sheriff of Claiborne County hath performed the Duties which the Law requires of him in making a return of the Votes given in said County for Electors to Elect a presint [sic] and Vice Presedent [sic] of the United States, and that he is intitled [sic] to the sum of fourteen Doll^s, for trave -ling 125 Miles and three days attendance, two in taking the Votes in his own County, and one in Comparing the Votes in the place the place which the Law Directs. Given under my hand on this fifth day of Nov^r 1804
