Muscle Shoales 18th August 1807.

Information received from John Osburn that talks the Creek Language. - - - - -

He says in July as he was coming from Georgia with pack Horses to the Shoales he met James Fife a Creek Chief & he told him that it was Creeks of the Big Tallesses that killed Cash, for they told him themselves that they had killed a White Man in the Neighborhood of the Shoales. The said John Osburn further says that a Creek man that lives at the mouth of Elk told him that it was two Creeks that lives in the Okechoys Town in the Creeks that killed Prigmore-

The Creek further says that one of the two that killed Prigmore has killed one of his own people & he is going to send & have him killed & if the white people will apply they can have the other killed for killing Prigmore. -
