Sir

this will Inform your Exelency that that I have acted in the Magisterial office ever sence the orgin^nisation of Roane County and whareas the Duties of Said office Verry much interfear with my Privit Business, and are Disagreeable To me in many Instances You will please to Receive this as my Resignation to that apointment
