I William Kelley one of the Circuit Judges of the State of Tennessee do hearby [sic] Certi fy that James M^cKisick is Clerk of the Cir cuit Court of the County and State aforesaid and that Due faith and Credit ought to Be given to his official acts as such given under my hand this 23^rd September 1815
