I Isaac Shelby Governor of the said commonwealth do certify that the annexed proceed ings of Joseph Morgan & Samuel Daviess Justices of the Peace in & for the County of Mercer is Authentic; That they are acting Justices of the Peace in & for said County duly Commissioned and qualified That their proceedings aforesaid are Conformible to the laws of this state; and that their Certificate and attestation is in due form [?]

In testimony whereof I have here unto caused the seal of the said Commonwealth to be affixed Given under my hand at Frankfort
