Commited [sic] I suppose he is about 30 years of age- says he has read Law and if I am not mistaken think he had License to practice In his manner somewhat intrusive and medling and very laquacious [sic] I saw him once or twice in the year Eighteen hundred and fifteen this is his discription [sic] as well as I can recollect it
