In the Suits William Lenoir & William T. Lewis Against Alexander Outlaw, David Campbell Thomas Eldridge James Winton, Nicolas Sterns, Hugh Kelsoe [sic], Richard Copeland, and the Heirs of Richard Price. And James Miller Complaint against James White Defendant, I am so interested, or connected with some of the parties, that I cannot sit as Judge on the Trials, consistant [sic] with the Laws of this State.
