Circuit Court, March Term in the year One thousand eight hundred and five-

The Jurors for the Commonwealth of Kentucky imparmelled [sic] in and for the County and Circuit of Christian upon their oath present that John Stewart late of the S^d. County labourer, on the tenth day of Febuary [sic] in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and five, with force and arms at Hopkinsville in the County aforesaid one horse of a black Colour of the [?] price of two hundred dollars of the goods and chattels of said John Stewart then and there found on which said horse at attachment had bene levied at the instance of a certain William Podfield and was then and there by virtue of said attachment in custody of an Officer, feloniously did steal take and lead away, against the form of the Statute in such case made and provided and agaisnt [sic] the peace and dignity of the Commonwealth
