A man whose description suits Trainum swapped a horse a few days after the murder near nashville to a M^r Hargrove and gave 105 Dollars to book, and left there next day had yellow hair, tall, knock kneed, cropped on left ear, post rider say that horse was the one on which Maj. Brashear was riding
