We the Enspectors [sic] Chosen to Supertend [sic] the preasant [sic] Election held in the County of Sevear [sic] Do Certify that Joseph Byrd ^Juner [sic] was Duly Elected Captan [sic] of the Calvary [sic] gaven [sic] under our hands this 12^th Day of September - 1801
