Sir

This will accompany some papers from the Govenor [sic] of Virginia Respecting the boundary line between the States of Virginia & Tennessee not having time to copy them the [barer?] W Wallar. being on private business & would not Consent to wait have therefore sent the original papers which I beg you will Return them by W Wallar. by the Contents you will see the [ansitty?] that prevails [sic] in this State, to have the business settled. I only Red the papers yesterday & have not an opertunity [sic] to write Jointly. with my Coleiges [sic] as we live a Great Distance from each other - therefore hope you will answer. this & Inform me whether you have appointed Commissioners. if you have, who they are & wheare [sic] they may be found. as the business may be proceeded on asson as possible
