the said Boyce first the siad Warrant into the hands of the Sheriff, who [suested?] the said Joseph, and de= livered him over to the said Boyce. Boyce then per= mited [sic] him to return to his Lodging upon his promising to return in the morning; Conway did return, and they were together for some time; Afterwards Conway mounted his Horse and went to his Fathers; These are the principal circumstances of the Case.
