Dear Sir

Enclosed is a transcript of the circut court of Meigs County requir =ing the original band of Drury L. [Godrey?] & security which has been [essigned?] [sic] by your Exclency [sic] to Joseph R. [Garrute?] & Henry Eubank - upon which sent is brought in that court ^to be filed in that court a hope you will enclose said [band?] to me at Cleveland or Enclose & direct siad [band?] to the clerk of the circuit court of Meigs County
