Be it remembered that heretofore to wit on Wednesday November 4th this present Term at Nashville in the State of Tennessee and County of Davidson by the oath of twelve jurors honest and lawful men of the State and County aforesaid then and there elected empannelled [sic] charged and sworn to enquire for the body of the County aforesaid upon their oath present and say that Tyree D Green of said County labourer on the 8th day of September in the year of our Lord 1818 in the County aforesaid with force and arms a certain gray mare of the value of fifty dollars current money of the State of Tennessee of the proper goods and [?] of Frances Farmer feloniously did steal take and carry away to the great damage of the said Frances Farmer. to the evil example of all
