Sir Enclosed is a power of attorney, to which I wish to get your certificate under the seal of the State, that WR Harris was at the time that this power of attorney was expected a Judge of the Circuit Cour [sic] of this State.

You will do me a favour by attending to it at your earliest convenience, and forwarding it to Lassiter Riddick directed to Gatesvile N Carolina

You will please let me know what I am indebted to to you and I will forward it by mail.
