To the Common Council of City of Seattle, Wash.

We, the undersigned property owners and businessmen in the immediate vicinity of Depot and Willow Streets, request that the present incandescent lights at the corners of above streets be superceded by one arc ligt, on account of two sharp turns made by electric cars at these corners and the consequent danger to life and limb on dark nights and also on account of the increasing business importance of these corners.
