Mr. President:

Your Committee on Streets to whom was referred petition of J. F Priler, H. K. Clise and others to change the name of Lincoln Avenue running from View street to Denny and Hoyt's addition and part of said street platted as Vanderbilt Ave also be changed so that the whole street be named and known as Kentucky Street.

Recommend that the change be made

Your Committee To whom was referred a petition of Dahl and Melling to open portion of alley. respectfully report that the petitioners be granted a permit to erect a stair on inside of the building to connect with an opening on an even grade with the alley, thus leaving the alley perfectly clean.
