To the Hon The City Council of the City of Seattle, Wash. We your Petitioners respectfully ask your honorable body to grant the privilage of keeping and running a small stand at or near the Post office in the said City of Seattle (for the purpose of Selling fruit confectionaries &c.) to A J. Murphy The reason we make the above pleas is that the said Murphy is bady disabled from having lost both hands and both feet and is a moral upright and worthy man. Roger S. Greene John F.
