297 COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE July 6/83 of said rolls is laid over until Monday July 16, 1883 at 8 o'clock p.m. And now the Surveyor submits the Plans and Specifications for the Improvement of Cherry Street under Ordinance No. 395; thereupon after due examination the same are approved. And now the Surveyor submits the Plans and Specifications for the Improvement of Fourth Street from the south side of Seneca Street to the north side of Mill Street under Ordinance No. 395 as amended by Ordinance No. 408; thereupon after due examination the sae are approved. And now the Surveyer submits the Plans and Specfication for the Improvment of 9th Street under Ordinance No. 395 as amended by Ordinance No. 408; thereupon after due examinaion the same are approved. Miscellaneous Orderd that the contract for the construction of the Engine House on Columbia Street be and the same is awarded to Carkeek Nicholas on their bid therefor.
