Bids Received And now the Council proceeds to open and consider bids for the Improvement of Pine Street under Ordinance No. 421. Box drains M B.M.[per thousand board feet] $19.75 John Keenen Earthwork per cu yd 37&1/2 cents Sidewalks M B.M.[per thousand board feet] $17. Box drains M B.M.[per thousand board feet] $17. And now the Council proceeds to open and consider the bids for the Improvement of 9th Street under Ordinance No. 395. Which bids are as follows, towit: H.F. Frahm & Co.
