The following Officers are present, towiut: His Honor the Mayor, H. G. Struve and Councilmen Thomas Clancy, B. F. Day, Geo. W. Harris, Chas McDonald, B. L. Northrup, Otto Ranke, U. M. Rasin and F. W. From John Leary et al for grading Bell Street from Front to 5th. Referred to Street Committee. From F. Hochbrunn et al remonstrating against the proposed grading of Bell Street.
