Snow Engineering 104.92 Miscellaneous Ordered that Comtee on Fire & Water be & they are hereby instructed to pile & cap on South side of Columbia & Washington Streets Inclines & to extend said inclines so that the same may be used for Fire purposes. Ordered that the Judiciary Comtee be & they are hereby instructed to examine & report by Ordinance or otherwise the power the City may possess to regulate & confine Chinese within fixed limits And now the Chief of Police files his written appointment of Chas Nollop as Special Police Officer.
